> Who will take care of any problems that may arise

during my stay?

We will contact you about 4 weeks before your arrival and tell you the exact location (Google Map Link) and arrival details. You will also receive the contact details for the check-in.

> How does the handover of the Finca work?

Due to the legal regulations in Spain we are obliged to register all persons who stay overnight. For this we need an identification document (identity card or passport) from each guest.

> Do I have to identify myself on arrival?

Yes. There is no extra charge for cancellations up to 90 days before the planned arrival. Cancellations between 89 and 60 days before the planned arrival will incur 25%, between 59 and 30 days before the planned arrival 50%, between 29 and 1 days before the planned arrival or no show 100% of the price will be charged. Due to the still difficult international situation with regard to the corona pandemic, we have changed our cancellation conditions for the year 2021. The new regulations are: All new bookings for the travel year 2021 that are completed by the end of April 2021 can be canceled free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. All bookings in 2021 can be rebooked free of charge to another available date up to 31/12/2022. Guests who decide to rebook in 2021 can also receive a voucher on request, which is valid until 31/12/2022. If our guests wish, we will be happy to credit you with the full booking amount.

> Can I cancel my booking?

By completing the reservation process via our website or by phone, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the reservation. We then create and send an invoice as a booking confirmation. Upon receipt of the invoice, a down payment is due, which you should transfer to the bank details stated on the invoice. After receiving the deposit, the booking is completed. The remaining amount is due 30 days before the start of the trip.

The minimum rental period is: - 4 nights in low season - 7 nights in high season (June 15th - September 15th) For bookings of more than 10 nights, a weekly cleaning service and a change of bed linen is included in the price.

> Is there a minimum rental period?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the interior of our fincas. Smoking is permitted outside the villas. Please make sure to put the waste in the containers provided. Help us to maintain the exceptional feel-good character of GOYA fincas.

> Can I smoke in the finca?

Please clarify bringing your pets with you when you register.

> Can I bring in pets?

Check-in takes place from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. For a late check-in (8 p.m. to midnight) a fee of € 80 will be charged. Checkout can be done until 11 a.m.
