A picturesque country house
The beautiful estate is located on a 36,000m² sunny property with a direct view of the sea near Porto Cristo. The finca boasts vast fields and is enclosed in Mediterranean plants, palms, diverse fruit trees and perennial bushes. There is also a large pool outside which can be used for cooling down at any time. The finca has been painstakingly renovated for luxury and provides all modern amenities. From the roomy lounge to the spacious kitchen to the cozy double rooms, everything has been accounted for that guests seeking relaxation will treasure. The aromatic park consists of ca. 4 hectares and offers three outdoor yoga spaces. The property also offers a chipping/putting green as a special bonus for golf enthusiasts. The fabulous pool located in the garden puts modern fully-automatic pool technology at your disposal (heated in the Spring and Autumn).

Cancellation policy
No extra fees will be incurred for cancellations made at least 90 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For cancellations made between 89 and 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, there is a 25% cancellation
fee based on the total package price, including services and care. For those made between 59 and 30 days
prior, a 50% fee and for those between 29 and 6 prior, an 80% fee will be billed. For cancellations made 5 days
or less before the planned arrival date, the entire price will be billed.

There are a total of eight bedrooms across two floors in the villa, all of which are air conditioned. The tastefully furnished, very spacious bedrooms with adjoined, ample baths distinguish themselves in their comfortable seating, modern TV and stereo systems and large, comfy beds. Every bedroom offers direct access to the terrace. The baths are designed with double washbasins and new, glass shower booths. All- around comfort combined with the possibility to achieve deep relaxation in peace is guaranteed in these wonderful rooms. The lounge captivates with its sleek elegance, which shows its prestige in its very spacious dimensions. The table made of oak is fit to serve even large parties as an elegant estate for both celebratory and relaxing gatherings. Moreover, there is a library to browse with classically designed chairs at your disposal. The chairs are hand-upholstered with high-quality Mallorcan fabric. Delight in the time shared with family and friends – and also the peaceful moments our lounge offers all of its guests.

For those who have discovered golf, there is no turning back. Obsession is inevitable and that's fine. Golf is a wonderful sport where you can travel to gorgeous place and enjoy the qualities of the outdoors. The expansive 36,000m² estate of the Finca Can Ferragut offered a lot of space, which we wanted to use to the fullest. Since the east of Mallorca has so many high-class golf courses, it was an obvious choice to plan a special bonus for golfers: A private chipping/putting green.
Passionate players now have the exclusive opportunity to finely sharpen their chip, pitch and lob shots,
even after an wonderful day on one of the many beautiful golf courses on the east coast of Mallorca. 9
holes – the positions of which have been carefully chosen – allow the opportunity to practice putting. A well-
placed bunker contributes to the various degrees of difficulty offered. The lovingly designed and tended
putting green holds to the standards of the exclusive golf courses and lets you practice under optimal
conditions. The ball will play straight, if you have played it straight. The professional-level green is a perfect
area for a small, friendly putting challenge, where you can prove your concentration and skill with a group
of friends. The Mediterranean garden around the green provides an inviting atmosphere that continually
surrounds you and ensures that the evening you spend there will stay in your memory for a long time.
All visitors have time to completely concentrate on training their short game while at our property. No
vehicles, no unnecessary interruptions, no time constraints – a place unlike any other. Perfect your skills
